Smoothie - Ken's Triple Berry


Ken has a smoothie almost every day.   He always makes enough to share.
This is one of his favorite.


Ingredients

2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 CARBmaster  blackberry yogurt (Smith's brand)
1 banana
2 scoops protein powder


It's very low carb, high protein and no sugar - 
except of course the natural fruit sugars.

150 calories per serving
